Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from when the order was delivered to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. EXCLUDING jewelry.

Jewelry & Accessories are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. If your item is damaged, please email morgan@annacatecollection.com with your inquiry. 

Sale-Price Merchandise are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted UNLESS for a new size in the same product. If the product is out of stock in the new desired size, the original item will be FINAL SALE. 

Exchanges are accepted but we recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then purchase the new desired item online. This is the quickest and most efficient way to ensure you receive your new item as soon as possible and before it is out of stock upon the returns arrival. 

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Gifts With Purchase cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Shipping: Our warehouse ships orders out on Monday's and Thursday's by 12PM EST. If your order is placed on Monday at 10:00AM EST, your item will be shipped out that afternoon. If your order is placed on Monday at 2:00PM, your order will be shipped out that Thursday. Please place your order accordingly.
