ANNA CATE BOUTIQUE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Anna Cate Boutique for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You may return any Anna Cate branded product contained in the original packaging, purchased from Anna Cate or its authorized resellers and agents in accordance with the terms below.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from Anna Cate’s customer service within 30 days of your date of purchase. To request a return authorization, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You must return the Product to receive a refund. Your Product must be returned in good condition (not broken or damaged).
- The return authorization number that you were given by Anna Cate’s customer service must be included along with your returned Anna Cate Product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product while in transit back to Anna Cate.
- If you return an Anna Cate Product: (a) without a return authorization from Anna Cate; or (b) without the original packaging: Anna Cate retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return, or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the product, or the retail value of the missing packaging, whichever is higher.
