Thank you for shopping with us at Anna Cate Collection.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us within the return window and we will issue you a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items with a discount of 30% or greater are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Unapproved returns or returns received outside of the return window may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Gifts With Purchase cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Kickoff to Summer Sale: No price adjustments on orders placed prior to 5/20/26. Items on Pre-Order are not eligible for discount.
